If you are having any trouble booking your ferry tickets online, you may also reserve the ferry ride by email. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and email us the following information:
Full names of the passengers, gender and nationality and age.
List the itinerary you are most interested in (ports of departure and arrival, date and time of travel)
And list the ticket class you prefer economy, business, vip or cabin.
In addition, let us also know how you wish to receive your tickets. It will be free of charge if you pick them up at the kiosk at the shipping company at the port, or with extra fee, we could ship the tickets to your country outside of Greece if you send us your address.
As soon as your reservation is secured, payment should be made by credit card through an authorization credit card note that will be emailed to you.
What is the policy on changes and cancellations?
- After printing the ferry tickets, every change should be made only to local port agents and at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. If the tickets are not printed and change is desired, Cyclades Tickets will follow the procedure of the cancellation of the tickets according cancellation fees provided by each ferry company and then will issue the new tickets.
- Refunds are given if the tickets have not been printed and are requested to be canceled by written notice to e-mail email@example.com at least 21 days prior to departure.
- For any request of change or cancellation, you must contact with us via e-mail the soonest as possible in order to inform you with the appropriate solution.
- For any change or cancellation request sent to us, be aware that for completion, there is a specific procedure and time that we must spend. The cost per booking is 15,00 euro.
What should I do if my ferry is cancelled due to weather?
In cases where the itinerary is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, your tickets can be changed for the next available scheduled ferry of the same shipping company, without any additional fees. Your original tickets of the cancelled itinerary must be presented to the central agent of the shipping company to receive new tickets to a new departure time. If the itinerary is delayed and not cancelled, then passengers can embark without changing their tickets. If you do not want to change your tickets and want to receive a full refund, we can do that for you too and you could just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you would like a full refund for the cancelled ride.
Can I book a ticket on the Igoumenitsa – Corfu route?
For this route, it is not possible to book tickets online for local shipping companies because the times are always changing. Tickets can be bought on the spot at the dock right before departure.
Do students get a discount?
Yes, if you are a student and have an ID showing that you go to a Greek university, then you will receive the student discount.
Can I take my pet on board?
Yes, as long as you are carrying updated health documents of your pet and you are responsible for the pet’s care, safety and hygiene. Pets are allowed in the indoor area of the ferry only in their kennels and outdoors only if they are on their leash and with their guardian.
What is the baggage limit?
On ferries, there is no luggage limit. You may bring as much luggage as you wish with you. Keep in mind, however, there is no porter service in ferries and you will have to carry your luggage on your own.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant?
Yes. The tickets for infants are free of charge.
Do I get a refund in case of no-show?
No, you do not not receive a refund in case of no-show.
